We Help Businesses Understand Their Numbers

Working capital isn't just accounting jargon. It's the difference between a business that runs smoothly and one that's constantly scrambling for cash.

Since 2018, we've been helping companies in Thailand figure out what their financial data actually means and what to do about it.

How We Got Started

Back in 2018, our founder Amara Vichitphan noticed something odd. Plenty of small manufacturers and exporters in eastern Thailand had decent sales numbers but were always short on cash. They couldn't explain why.

The problem wasn't revenue. It was timing. Money tied up in inventory, customers taking forever to pay, suppliers demanding quick payment. Classic working capital squeeze, but nobody was talking about it in terms business owners could actually use.

So we started offering straightforward analysis sessions. No thick reports full of technical terms. Just clear explanations of where money was getting stuck and practical ways to free it up.

By early 2020, we'd worked with 47 local businesses. Word spread through industry networks, and we started getting calls from Bangkok and Pattaya. Turns out, most businesses struggle with the same cash flow patterns.

What We Actually Do

We analyze the three things that determine whether you'll have cash when you need it: how fast you sell inventory, how quickly customers pay, and when suppliers expect their money.

Cash Conversion Analysis

We calculate how long your money stays locked up in operations. Then we identify the specific bottlenecks slowing things down. Most businesses can reduce this by 15-30 days with targeted changes.

Working Capital Benchmarking

We compare your metrics against businesses in your industry and size range. This shows whether you're operating efficiently or leaving cash on the table that competitors are using.

Seasonal Planning Support

If your business has busy and slow periods, your working capital needs fluctuate wildly. We help you forecast those swings and plan financing or inventory decisions around them.

Meet Our Lead Analyst

Amara spent eight years as a financial controller for a mid-sized exporter before starting chatonposthub. She got tired of watching businesses make the same working capital mistakes over and over.

Her approach is pretty straightforward. She looks at your receivables aging, inventory turnover, and payables schedule. Then she maps out where the timing problems are and what your options look like for fixing them.

She won't tell you there's one perfect solution. Different businesses need different approaches based on their industry, customer base, and supplier relationships. Some need better collection processes. Others need inventory management changes. Some just need clearer visibility into their cash position.

Our Working Principles

  • We explain financial concepts in plain language without dumbing them down
  • We focus on metrics you can actually influence, not abstract ratios
  • We acknowledge when something won't work for your specific situation
  • We provide analysis and recommendations, not management consulting
  • We expect you to know your business better than we do
